Spa Policy

CANCELLATION:

At Simply Bella Skin, I believe everyone’s time is valuable. I understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. A credit card is required to book your reservation. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior, you may do so through the booking site or through the text confirmation you’ve received. After 24 hours I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you will not make it to your appointment. Failure to notify (no call/no show) within 24 hours a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service and will be charged to the card on file. If your card declines, the outstanding balance must be paid before making another appointment.

LATENESS: There is a 10-minute grace period, please notify me via text or call as soon as you know you will be late. If you arrive later and we cannot accommodate your service you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you are booked for multiple services, a cancellation fee will apply for services we are unable to complete due to lateness.
Minimum Age Requirements: Spa guests under the age of 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.  Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the entire length of the service.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, I do send out a text reminder and provide a confirmation call two days before all scheduled appointments. Please be sure to let me know if your phone number has changed.  While this is a complimentary service for my guests, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates and times.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may affect your selected treatment(s). If you are pregnant or actively trying to conceive, please let me know before your service. Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, cancer, allergies, skin rash, or any health conditions, we advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present me with a doctor’s note of approval. I have the right to refuse service due to contraindicated health conditions.

Gratuities
 In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

PRICES POLICY:

I make every effort to keep my website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

REFUND POLICY:

All service sales are final.

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in their original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
